We issue prepaid virtual Visa cards via partner ZiiroPay/Strowallet. Cards display descriptor SPRINGFIELD PAY or SPRIFI COOPBOD. Cards are prepaid, not credit cards.

2. Eligibility & KYC

Must be 18+, provide valid ID, phone +237 653393064 for support verification. Cooperative members from Mile 4 Nkwen, Bamenda have priority.

3. Fees

Card creation, funding, and transaction fees shown at checkout. No hidden fees.

4. Prohibited Use

No fraud, no money laundering, no crypto scam. Violation = immediate card block.

5. Jurisdiction

All services governed from Mile 4 Nkwen, Bamenda III, Cameroon. Disputes resolved at Bamenda courts. No Buea office.
